Venture Valley’s 2023 Competitive Season Begins

Put your entrepreneurial prowess to the test and earn cash prizes! The Venture Valley team is kicking off 2023 with two competitive tournaments. Players can participate in Open Tournaments beginning January 16^th, or test their business finesse during the Collegiate Cup starting in February.

Venture Valley Open Tournaments start January 16^th and will run through June 2023. Players who wish to participate can do so via the Venture Valley Discord server, and must register in advance. Players 16 years of age or older living in the U.S. or Canada are eligible for participation. Tournaments consist of bracket-style match-ups in monthly rounds, and contests end on the last Friday of each month at 5 PM PST.

Monthly 1^st place prize winners will receive $2,000; 2^nd place receives $1,000 and 3^rd place receives $500. Players ranking 4^th-8^th will take home $100 each. Additionally, $50 prizes will be awarded to up to 40 players randomly during the event. At the end of each quarter, the final four players from each of the previous monthly tournaments will compete in a single elimination bracket. Prizes include $5,000 (1^st), $2,000 (2^nd), $1,000 (3^rd) and $500 (4^th).

Venture Valley’s Collegiate Cup invites players to compete in in-person events held at colleges and universities across the U.S. Participating campuses include Penn State, University of Arizona, University of Tampa and several others. The Collegiate Cup will begin during the first quarter of 2023 and run throughout the year. Prizes will remain the same as those awarded during the monthly Open Tournaments.
