The Newest Walking Dead Game
Just as The Walking Dead television series is nearing its end, a new Walking Dead game shambles onto mobile devices. The Walking Dead: All-Stars is a collection RPG by Skybound Entertainment and Com2uS Holdings. The game’s art takes inspiration from The Walking Dead comic books. Battle rival factions and also zombies as you strive to protect the refuge town of Asyl. Survivors of a cruise liner shipwreck run Asyl in New York.
“When we set out to create ‘The Walking Dead: All-Stars,’ our goal was to push the boundaries of the IP and develop a brand-new storyline to captivate RPG enthusiasts and diehard fans of the comics alike,” says Skybound Entertainment Creative Director Mike Rogers.
Recruit Fan Favorite Characters
Players will explore the wasteland, compete in PvP battles and take on hordes of the walking dead. Additionally, players will also collect ad manage resources essential to survival, all while rescuing and recruiting survivors to build a team capable of taking on zombie hordes. You’ll even be able to recruit familiar characters like Rick Grimes, Glenn and Michonne.
The game features collection RPG elements for recruiting survivors and gaining supplies. In addition, the auto search feature allows players to accumulate currency while offline. Every resource and every recruit furthers the goal of expanding and upgrading your community.
Early reviews of the new RPG are mainly positive. However, whether it continues to be well received over time is unknown. The Walking Dead: All-Stars is free to download on the App Store for iPhone and the Google Play Store for Android.
