Meta World: My City Out Now on the App Store
The newest metaverse virtual real estate and board game just launched in the app store, and it’s hit the ground running. Meta World: My City just released on the app store on April 19th by one of the leading developers for mobile games: Netmarble. In this sequel to their popular game Let’s Get Rich, players will be able to own virtual buildings and land that are based off of real places in New York City. There are also board game mechanics featured in-game that will allow players to obtain gold and crystals if they win. But your main goal in Meta World will be building your city to be the best that it can be.
Currently there is a global season rank event going on, which players can participate in for prizes. The prizes include special structures, land and seasonal trainer’s set costumes. These are only going to the winners, so players need to make sure they are participating in the rankings. But if you have questions about the board game mechanics and first season rank event, don’t worry. The official Meta World: My City webpage has a comprehensive description of rankings and prizes for players. But there is even extra incentive for you to check in. If you check in every day for seven days you will receive an Epic Character summoning ticket.
Even though Meta World just launched, the developers are already thinking of future updates. A couple of these updates will include ways for players to interact with each other and enjoy games together. This game is also going to be part of a gaming blockchain ecosystem by MARBLEX known as MBX. But to help add to future unique content and experiences Netmarble has partnered with The Sandbox to debut the game within its ecosystem. So while the game is just now launching, players have plenty to look forward to in the future.
To keep up with any and all updates regarding Meta World: My City, players can easily follow them on the community Facebook, Discord and Twitter feeds. And as always look for the upcoming Hardcore Droid review.
