Welcome to Merge Mansion
Now Merge Mansion has released a new digital short featuring Pedro Pascal. Pascal, who plays Joel in HBO’s The Last of Us, has appeared in several other digital shorts for the game over the past two months. In the new short, Pascal reprises his role as Detective Tim Rockford. Since its launch, the short has already amassed over 150k views.
Merge Mansion is a casual mobile title in which players match and merge items to renovate the house, fix up the garden and uncover Boulton family secrets. Players take on the role of Maddie, who learns more family history secrets with each area she restores.
The new digital short, Shoes Off, Please – Merge Mansion, shows Pascal sleuthing around a mysterious mansion, finding secret rooms and searching for clues. The digital short was shot at the Legendary Paramour Estate in Los Angeles during an immersive event hosted by Metacore. Part escape room, part live-cation theater and part lore museum, the event celebrates the game’s new update, which unlocks the Boulton Family Mansion.
During the event, guests took part in the story of Merge Mansion by exploring a physical version of the Boulton family mansion. Together guests had to find clues and solve puzzles in an attempt to discover what Grandma Ursula was hiding.
Pascal also played Detective Tim Rockford in three previous digital shorts; A Twisted Game, Think Like a Grandma and A Recipe to Die For. The shorts are available to watch via Merge Mansion’s YouTube channel.
