Doctor Who: An Unlikely Heist Comes Launches on iOS
A new Doctor Who title joins the ranks of Apple Arcade. In Doctor Who: An Unlikely Heist, Jodie Whittaker’s Thirteen Doctor and her companion Yasmin Khan as they attempt to unravel the mystery behind recent time rifts. Game developer, Tilting Point, created the game in partnership with developer Whaleapp LTD and BBC Studios.
Doctor Who: An Unlikely Heist is a hidden object puzzle game that features Cybermen, Daleks and more. Players will solve puzzles and complete missions while partaking in a brand-new Doctor Who story. Your goal is straightforward, fix the time rifts. The time rifts are hazardous weak spots in space and time through which people and items can teleport from one location to another.
In addition to solving puzzles, players can also take part in mini-games. Upon finding an object required for a mission, players will need to solve a unique puzzle to repair the time rift. The developers also promise the game will feature new events every week that will provide players with special rewards.
Doctor Who: An Unlikely Heist is available for iPad, iPhone, Mac and Apple TV. Users must have an active Apple Arcade subscription to play the game. Whovians may also want to check out Doctor Who: Lost in Time, a narrative-driven idle game that hit the App Store last month.
