Delving Deep Launches for iOS Devices

The brand-new Indie Action RPG game, “Delving Deep,” has officially launched on the app store. Created by its developer Kami Chios and published by Eiger Entertainment Inc., Delving Deep takes you on a journey to find your missing family and a legendary group of adventurers within the twisted labyrinth of Mt Gorghul. You must utilize your attack skills to the fullest as you fight countless monsters, collect hidden loot, and complete quests in your journey.

What makes Delving Deep unique compared to other mobile games in its genre, according to the developer, is its particular 2.5D interface. Chios thoroughly developed and optimized the game’s interface so players will have a smooth experience.

Furthermore, Delving Deep combines 2D side-scrolling with 3D assets to give the game a sense of realism in its appearance. Players can see this in its combat system. Moreover, battles are adequately balanced, which allows Delving Deep to stand out from other mobile RPGs.

The game draws inspiration from retro RPGs such as Dungeons & Dragons, as the development team at Kami Chaos are big fans of the genre. At the beginning of the game, players choose to play one of two characters, Rekkr or Thora Froeknhammer, a father-daughter team. Once players select their chosen character, they must travel through six expansive maps, which Chios promises to push your sleuthing abilities to their limits.

The game contains six levels with a run-time of around six hours when playing on Journeyman, Delving Deep’s default difficulty setting. While this may seem short, Chios and Eiger Entertainment Inc. are currently working on Chapter Two so players can continue their adventure through Delving Deep, so stay tuned for future updates. And as always, be on the lookout for our review.
