On February 27th, the global publisher GRYPHLINE announced the worldwide release of Ex Astris on the App Store and Google Play for $9.99 USD, $13.99 CAD, £8.99, and €9.99. Ex Astris is a unique 3D RPG that combines real-time and turn-based gameplay. Players assume the role of investigators, exploring the captivating world of Allindo on an interstellar journey. To mark the global launch, GRYPHLINE invites players to participate in the “When the Land Meets the Stars” event. A special crossover with the mobile game Arknights, it offers exclusive in-game cosmetics and surprises from Feb. 27 at 8 a.m. (PST) through Mar. 12 at 5:59 a.m. (PST).
Ex Astris investigators can visit the official event page to unlock the crossover attire, “Loose Uniform” and “Light Uniform”. From there they can link it to their GRYPHLINE account. Additionally, players can use the same account to access the crossover attire permanently. Meanwhile, Arknights Doctors can claim their furniture rewards “Doll of Polar Day” and “Doll of Pitchest Black,” which will be sent to their in-game mailbox after claiming.
A Brand New Adventure
Embark on an enthralling adventure in Ex Astris and explore a mysterious world of eternal day and everlasting darkness. Discover Allindo, a planet in a tidally locked orbit where the sun never sets, split into two hemispheres by massive ring-shaped storms. Players then take on the role of Yan and join Vi³, investigators tasked with uncovering the secrets of the long-lost Allindish civilization and the truth behind the Astramorphs that inhabit this alien planet.
Players can form teams of three characters to experiment with various character and skill combinations. By strategically selecting characters and utilizing their Wave or Particle states, players can execute special attack skills to lift or shatter enemies. Obscuran Maneuvers offer defensive options, allowing players to parry or dodge enemy attacks and gain advantages. Additionally, players can gather the resource Astrite from battles or exploration to enhance their characters or teach them new skills.
In addition to battles, Ex Astris features cooking, puzzles, and mini games. They offer rewards for players who engage in these activities.
