Explore the Kingdom of Iria in a brand-new tactical fantasy RPG. XD Games announced on August 17, 2023, that their new game, Sword of Convallaria, will be released on PC and mobile later this year. Players can pre-register on the App Store and Google Play. It is also available on the Steam wishlist for PC players.
Sword of Convallaria features a turn-based battle system that promises to be a fresh take on the genre. Players’ choices will influence the game’s narrative and the fate of the characters. Additionally, the game will sport console-quality pixel graphics for its fantasy setting.
Throughout Sword of Convallaria, players will be able to customize their mercenary group. During the turn-based combat, players must navigate these mercenary groups through the map’s terrain to gain an advantage. So far the game has 300 maps and 1,000 stages, each with multiple endings, promising good replay value.
Sword of Convallaria takes place on the ancient continent of Rodinia, in the Kingdom of Iria. Players will begin their journeys by awaking in a dungeon and escaping to the nearby town of Convallaria. As the leader of the mercenary group, players will navigate through various factions in order to bring peace to Iria.
