On January 31st, independent developer Toyforming Studios announced that their creative, family-friendly game Toyforming will be launching on iOS and Android later this year. The title is the first game the company has made independently and is currently available for pre-order on the App Store and the Google Play Store.
Inhabit a planet all of your own in the limitless creative potential that is Toyforming, by drawing pictures and bringing them to 3D life using the power of artificial intelligence. Whether it’s animals, people, plants or vehicles, Toyforming will do its best to bring it to life. This artwork can then be added to your very own world, where it will have a mind of its own and interact with its surroundings, all of which you can create yourself. The only limit is your own creativity and imagination. You can change your planet from daytime to nighttime to see things in a whole new light, and AR Mode allows you to explore your planet within the real world as well.
Toyforming was the recipient of 4Gamer.net’s “Media Highlight Award” at BitSummit X-Roads 2022, the biggest indie games conference in Japan. The game is suitable for all ages and has proven to be an effective tool for parents to teach children new words through this fun and creative medium. It could also have huge potential as a language-learning tool — Kaz Sasaki, CEO of Toyforming Studios has said that they’re looking to add more language options in the future.
