Absurdity from YouTube
Long-running YouTube star Jacksfilms and Galvanic Games teamed up to create Be Funny Now!, a party game set to drop on May 17th. This competitive title will be available on PC, iOS and Android.
Jack Douglass of Jacksfilms has had a segment on his YouTube channel where eight players match their wits against each other. Be Funny Now! is based on this interactive comedy bit. Players can team up with friends or strangers to tackle over 600 prompts, with developers regularly adding more. They pull together the craziest and funniest string of words to win the round. Or, depending on the prompt, don the hat of an artist and deliver the craziest sketch possible.
Players can compete for comedy gold while also customizing their avatar. They can buy emotes and cosmetics with Coins earned from winning segments. Your self-portrait can be a mirror image or the wackiest version of you imaginable.
Absurdity at any time and place is the logic behind Be Funny Now! Its sole goal is to deliver laughs around the world. Players can join public games, groups of friends or play solo games to win more coins. There’s even the option for cross-platform multiplayer!
